Payment Methods and Timing：We accept credit cards (Amex, Master, Visa) and various payment services (Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay). Payments are processed at the time of order.

Delivery of Goods：
1.Tatami Placemats, Tatami Coasters
Items will be shipped within 14 days after confirmation of payment.
2.Tatami for wandering, SASURAI
These items are made-to-order. After payment confirmation and the production period, items will be shipped as soon as they are completed within the shipping timeframe stated on each product page.

Delivery Method：Shipment will be arranged by us and delivered via a third-party carrier.

Returns, Defective Products, and Cancellations：
1.Returns and Exchanges for Customer Convenience
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience (e.g., changed your mind). We kindly ask you to carefully check the color, size, price, and product details before placing your order.
2.Exchanges Due to Defective Products or Errors
While we take every precaution regarding product quality and delivery, we will provide a replacement in the event of an "incorrect item" or "damage/defect caused during transit." In such cases, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement. Please inspect your items immediately upon arrival and contact us via our contact page within 5 days of receipt.

※Please note that we cannot accept exchange requests if more than 6 days have passed since delivery without prior contact.
※Please be aware that we do not offer refunds even in the case of defective products; we will fulfill our obligation by providing a brand-new replacement.

3.Cancellations
In principle, we do not accept cancellations after an order has been placed. Once payment is processed, we immediately begin preparation for shipment or production, and therefore cannot stop the process.

Return Deadline：Notification must be made within 5 days of product arrival.
