1.Returns and Exchanges for Customer Convenience
Please be advised that we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of customer convenience (e.g., changing your mind, ordering the wrong size/color). We kindly ask that you carefully review the product's color, size, price, and detailed specifications before finalizing your order.


2.Exchanges Due to Defective Products or Errors
We take every precaution to ensure product quality and safe delivery. However, in the event of an "incorrect item" or "product defect/damage caused during transit," we will provide a replacement.
In such cases, we will cover all shipping costs associated with the exchange. Please inspect your items immediately upon arrival and contact us via our contact page within 5 days of receipt.


※Please note that we cannot accept exchange requests if more than 6 days have passed since delivery.
※Please be aware that we do not offer monetary refunds even in the case of defective products. Our policy is strictly limited to providing a brand-new replacement for the affected item.


3.Product Disclaimer:Since our tatami products are handcrafted using the natural textures of raw materials, each item is unique. Please understand that we do not guarantee exact reproducibility, uniformity, or absolute consistency between individual products.
