＜Shipping Fees＞

Shipping fees are calculated individually for each item. Free shipping is available for orders over a certain amount, as specified in our item-specific settings.
Please note: Additional shipping surcharges apply to deliveries to Hokkaido, Okinawa, remote islands, and all international destinations outside of Japan. These specific costs will be displayed at the time of checkout.

 

＜International Shipping & Customs＞

We ship directly from our workshop in Japan. Please note that international shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are levied once a shipment reaches your destination country. Tatamiya Tatsuzo is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are the responsibility of the customer.

 

＜Shipping Method＞

All orders are shipped via our designated carriers. Customers cannot select a specific carrier or delivery company.
As a general rule, we do not accept requests for specific delivery dates or time slots.

 

＜Estimated Delivery Time＞

For domestic (Japan) orders, items typically arrive within 2–3 days after the shipment is completed (remote islands may take 3–4 days). For international orders, delivery times vary by destination and will be provided via your tracking information.
Please note: Delays may occur due to natural disasters, large-scale events, or customs clearance procedures in the destination country. We appreciate your understanding.

 

＜Damage During Transit＞

We take great care in packaging to ensure that the outer boxes are not dented or scratched during the preparation of your shipment. However, minor issues may occur once the package is handed over to the carrier or during international transit.
We kindly ask for your understanding that minor dents or scratches on the outer packaging (box) that do not affect the use or quality of the actual product inside are not eligible for replacement or compensation.
